If you are a network open to anything why do you use proxyscan.

Anonymity vs abuse is completely different things. We allow users to create channels and chat based on almost any genre of things (with the exemptions of the three rules). Proxyscan works with blacklist databases to ensure we are keeping out unwanted users who are here to disrupt, spam or even cause outages on the network. It is very effective at it’s job and has caught a lot of blacklisted ip’s already and we don’t plan to remove it anytime soon.
